The Challenge
An insurance company wanted to improve how they engage with clients to encourage proactive health behaviors and regular policy updates. They faced challenges in determining the right timing, messaging content, and delivery methods to effectively motivate clients, especially when it came to communication via email. The key question was: how can we design communication strategies that result in higher opening rates and motivate clients to take action on their health check-ups and insurance policies?
